Job Description
Were Looking For a Senior Performance Tester To Join Our Team And Take Ownership Of Designing, Executing, And Leading Performance Testing Youll Do
• Develop and execute performance test plans for web and cloud-native applications
• Use tools like JMeter for load, stress, and scalability testing
• Work with Kubernetes to manage containerized test environments
• Perform cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Leverage monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, etc.) to identify and fix bottlenecks
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
• Lead a team of 45 testers, mentor junior members, and drive performance best Were Looking For :
• 710 years of hands-on experience in performance testing
• Expertise in JMeter, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms
• Strong knowledge of APM/monitoring tools
Bonus Skills
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Scripting (Shell, Python, etc.) for automation
