Healthcare Territory Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to join our team as a Healthcare Territory Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and pharmacies to increase access to our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to position our brands effectively in the market, leveraging market intelligence and promotional activities recommended by Marketing.

• Forecast and manage inventory at the distributor level, ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and SOPs for all internal and external business activities, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans aligned with territory performance and company strategic objectives, driving growth and revenue.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
