Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Pharmacist at Felix Hospital in Delhi, India. The Senior Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing the pharmacy department, compounding and dispensing medications, ensuring medication accuracy, providing drug information to healthcare professionals and patients, and maintaining inventory and records. The Senior Pharmacist will also provide guidance and support to junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Qualifications • Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, procedures, and regulations • Experience in compounding and dispensing medications • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Effective time management and organizational skills • Experience with electronic health records and pharmacy software • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy • Valid Pharmacist license from the State Pharmacy Council • Additional certifications and training in specialized
