Key Responsibilities:

Write clean, well-documented, and scalable code
Optimize performance and security of the applications
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Mentor junior developers and review code
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of PHP and frameworks like Laravel, CodeIgniter
Experience with RESTful APIs, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery
Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and security practices
Experience with version control systems like Git
Ability to lead and manage a small team effectively
Good to Have:
Knowledge of front-end tech like Vue.js or React
Experience with AWS or cloud platforms
Familiarity with CI/CD tools
