• Mid or senior level developers – 5 to 10 years’ experience.
• 3+ years of experience in working with Laravel framework.
• Good communication and strong logical skills
Must Have
• Over 5 years of experience in PHP, Laravel , CodeIgniter, MySQL, HTML/DHTML, Postgres, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience in developing custom applications based on technologies like Core PHP, MySQL, Java, Adobe Flash
• Ability to keep the team motivated to give good results and be a great team player
• Experience in team management and problem solving skills
• Expertise in design and build complex, dynamic web sites and portals utilizing PHP
• Ability to define architecture, development plan, as well as timelines
• Skills of interacting with the clients for requirement gathering and analysis
• Ability to organize and needs to be detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Quality of dealing well with reporting and mentoring
