Role: Product Development and Automation

Job Location: Sadashivnagar, Bangalore (work from the office).

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven senior PHP developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background that enables us to develop and automate our products substantially. He/she should also engage at all levels of a customer and partner organization, including C-levels of the business. He/she should be a self-starter who can execute business objectives.

Key areas of responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing web-based applications using PHP and MySQL WAMP/XAMPP, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX, Angular.

We are managing and maintaining our in-house server along with cloud-based servers (Azure and GCP).

Unique problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are extremely important for this role.

Knowledge of any learning management system and SCORM will be an added `advantage.
Role Attributes:

• Understand, interpret, and articulate business requirements.

• Develop a solution blueprint based on business requirements and proposed solutions.

• Design and document functional specifications based on business requirements.

• Develop programs and frameworks based on industry standards.

• Good understanding of DevOps and Linux OS.

• Collaborate with the testing team to develop a Quality Assurance Strategy document

Required Skills

Primary Skills: Linux, PHP, MySQL, HTML 5.0, Javascript, Angular, and Cloud.

Frameworks: Angular/CodeIgniter/Zend/Yii/Laravel/CakePHP/Moodle (experience in at least one of the frameworks is a must)

Experience and Exposure:

· Leading a team of 1 or 2 Associate Programmers

· Atleast 3-4 years of experience in developing web applications using PHP and MySQL

· End Client Interaction and Leads Requirement Gathering phase independently

· Works as an official Quality Reviewer of Team Members

· Leads 1 or more application development projects as technical lead.

· Sound knowledge of object-oriented programming(i.e. OOPs) concepts.

· Must have experience in developing/customizing applications using one of the frameworks: CodeIgniter, Zend, Yii, Laravel, CakePHP, Moodle (experience in at least one of the frameworks is a must).

must have good exposure to API integration and development.

must be exposed to Web services.

· Must have a good experience with MySql, planning database architecture, and mobile versions/responsive design implementations.

· Must have good knowledge of coding standards, and best programming practices and avoid performance issues of applications

· Must be having good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Additional Skills:

· Knowledge of Linux and cloud server.

· Repo management and versioning concepts.

· Experience in custom application development.
