Skills And Qualifications of Team Lead PHP Developer
1.Self-motivated and a team player.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience required, with Full Stack Development having knowledge of SDLC.
3. Strong knowledge of object-oriented PHP web frameworks such as CodeIgniter or Laravel
4. Understanding of MVC design patterns
5. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, Bootstrap
6. Knowledge of SOAP, REST, RESTFul APIs
7. Understanding accessibility and security compliance
8. Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
+. User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
10. Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
11. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
