Roles and Responsibilities:Create, test, and deploy web applications efficiently while concurrently working with other developers to meet the business's specific requirements. Fix any compatibility issues that involve PHP, Laravel, CSS, HTML, and scripting between various platforms and browsers. Provide effective and performance-based solutions for a given task in defined timelines. User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Use Agile engineering practices and various software and web development technologies to rapidly develop creative and efficient solutions that enhance the client customer and employee experience. Liaise with other teams within and outside the Digital unit to negotiate timelines, deliverables and dependencies. Collaborate closely with Product Owners and team members to identify and socialize product and delivery risks. Development of a solid CICD pipeline for serverless applications. Capacity, performance, and recoverability of the serverless applications. Develop flow-charts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions. Write well-designed, testable & scalable code. Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility. Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures. Document and maintain software functionality. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems. Comply with project plans and industry standards.Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum 3 year of experience. Excellent communication skills. Immediate Joiner only. Must Have sound experience in PHP-CI, Laravel Framework with node JS, React, Codelgniter Framework, Laravel LTS, Symfony LTS, and also in writing PHPUnit test cases. Strong experience in design, implementation, and optimization of RDBMS databases, especially MySQL/MariaDB. Demonstrable experience with PHP including OOP, security, refactoring & design patterns. Good knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL/ MS SQL/ PostgreSQL), database designing and query optimisation techniques. Experience in NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB) databases will be an added advantage. Hands on experience in RESTful API design and development including implementation of oAuth2.0 for authentication and authorization. Experience in micro-services development will be an added advantage. Working knowledge of version controlling systems like Git, clear understanding of Gitflow workflow, repository management tools like BitBucket and understanding of overall CI/CD process. Working knowledge of cloud servers (AWS/Heroku/Rackspace/Digital Ocean/Linode), related services and server administration like setting up Apache/Nginx, php-fpm etc. Understanding of MVC framework Database designing and maintenance. Build reusable code and libraries for future use. Perform UI/backend tests to optimize performance. Collaborate and work with frontend and mobile app developers on the backend needs of projects. Adhere closely to development plans and anticipate changes to specification or schedule as they become necessary during development. Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in web development. MySQL profiling and query optimization. Third-party integration like payment gateway, SMS services along with WhatsApp, Facebook, Google and Linkedin. Review & improve code, performance, stability, and scalability of deliverables. Improve the technical competence of the team through training & development. Monitor development & unit-testing activities and report project progress.. Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UIUX design
