The Job: We are looking for a Sr. Software Developer/TL for our web development team with adequate exposure to open source technologies to join our team.
Expectations:
● Task management with an agile approach.
● Understanding client requirements.
● Designing solutions.
● Dividing tasks in smaller manageable tasks, explaining those to the team members and helping team members with problem solving.
● Debugging skills.
● Using PMS (i.e. Jira) to provide updates to the customers/clients.
● Proven experience as a Software Developer, Team Leader, Software Engineer or similar role.
● Proficiency in HTTP protocol.
● Developing and maintaining existing and upcoming platforms/projects.
● Experience in managing software development life cycle.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in development.
Skillset:
● Technical
PHP or NodeJS hands on development experience
Database design, query optimization.
API development
Backend micro services, workers process queue management

Ability to work creatively and analytically
Team leading
