We are seeking an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in WordPress development, proficiency in managing cPanel, and expert-level custom coding skills. They will be responsible for managing WordPress websites, customizing designs and functionality, building landing pages, and ensuring optimal website performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Install and customize WordPress themes and plugins
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Ensure that websites are responsive and optimized for all devices
• Collaborate with team members to develop new features and functionalities
• Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues or bugs
• Maintaining, updating, and optimizing servers.
• Monitoring and analyzing site performance.
• Implementing and ensuring website security and data protection.
• Updating website content and reviewing SEO.
• Addressing and responding to user comments and complaints.
• Optimising websites for performance, speed, and scalability.
• Basic design skills and understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins
• At least 2 years of front-end and back-end development experience, with excellent knowledge in HTML5, CSS3, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, MySQL, AJAX, JavaScript, and libraries like jQuery
• At least 2 years of solid experience in server-side scripting in PHP 8.2 for WordPress
• Proficiency in WHM and cPanel management and server-related tasks including hosting, security, backups & recovery, performance tuning and optimization.
• Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of the full range of digital marketing services, including PPC, SEO, on and off-page optimization, link building, social media, lead generation, and conversion optimization.
• Must know meta tags, keywords, latest SEO trends, and limitations of characters/words while posting on various channels.
Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic
• Experience using Elementor will be a major plus
