With a rapidly growing presence in the digital space, they are looking to expand their team by adding a Senior PKI Engineer to their London-based office. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the security and integrity of the company's digital communications and transactions. As a Senior PKI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions, providing guidance on security best practices, and working closely with other IT teams to ensure robust and scalable security frameworks.
Key Skills And Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage PKI solutions to support secure communications and data protection.
• Develop and enforce PKI policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure the security and integrity of digital certificates and cryptographic keys.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve PKI-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PKI solutions with other security and IT infrastructure components.
• Provide expert advice and support for security incident response related to PKI.
• Stay up to date with emerging PKI technologies, industry standards, and security threats.
Must-Have
• Proven experience as a Senior PKI Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of PKI concepts, cryptography, and digital certificates.
• Experience with PKI management tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of security protocols (e.g., SSL/TLS, SSH, IPsec).
• Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with 2 days onsite in London.
