Job Description
• L3 support experience for desktop applications - Installation, configuration, advanced troubleshooting in multiple client OS - Windows 10, 11, macOS (necessary)
• verify windows registry entry of specific application
• verify installed programs versions,
• check settings in windows as per application manual
• Experience in supporting Identity and Access management related products that provide SSO (Desired but not necessary)
• High level exposure/Knowledge on SAP landscape (necessary)
• Experience in coordinating with multiple teams/vendors when required to troubleshoot complex issues
ability to manage angry/frustrated customer. Quickly progress issues , don't sit or keep waiting on issues in queue-escalate it to service owner or product support.
• Solid understanding of how to build Service Oriented Architectures
• Develop, maintain, and scale our mobile technology platform and suite of digital curriculum..
