Senior Plumber – Hot Water & Hydraulic Systems

Routys Plumbing & Gas is looking for a Senior Plumber with strong experience in commercial hot water, copper pipework, ring mains and multi-residential hydraulic systems.
This role is suited to a high-level tradesman who takes pride in clean workmanship, can read plans, think ahead, lead by example and deliver quality work without shortcuts.
About the Role
You'll be working across commercial construction and multi-residential projects, including:
Centralised hot water systems
Ring mains and circulation systems
Copper welding, brazing and high-spec pipework
Plant rooms and rooftop hot water plant
Pumps, valves, balancing and commissioning
Hydraulic services installation
Reading and interpreting construction drawings
Guiding apprentices and trades on site
What We're Looking For
WA Plumbing Licence
Strong commercial or multi-residential plumbing experience
Minimum 4-5 years of commercial or multi-residential plumbing experience
Experience with hot water systems, ring mains and plant rooms
Minimum 3-4 years of experience with hot water systems and ring mains
Confident copper brazing/welding skills
Advanced level copper brazing and welding expertise
Ability to work from plans and coordinate with site teams
High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Senior tradesman mindset - reliable, organised and quality-focused
