Job Description
• Designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using Power BI
• Developing visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop
• Create the data model and establish relationships
• Create the DAX based calculations and resolve issues
• Resolve any issues related to loops and hierarchy
• Create, review model and KPI
• Create and review visualization
• Establish data level security and object level security
• Establish model used for self-service BI
• Capacity estimation and planning
• User management and administration
• Aware of Azure cloud services
• Experience in Tabular model using Azure Analysis services
• 1+ years of strong architecting solution experience using BI tools like Power BI and hands-on software development experience in Power BI, etc.
• Should be able to collaborate with teams to integrate systems
• Ability to look at various data load options and suggest an optimal way of proceeding
• Integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service (SaaS), or by API automation
• Develop custom visuals for Power BI
• Experience with cloud-hosted Power BI using Microsoft Azure is required
• Strong understanding across cloud and infrastructure components
• Can understand and articulate the technical merits and value of cloud-computing
• Experience in Databases, especially Redshift databases
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
