Senior Power Generation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, engineering, and documenting Gas Compressor Control Panels and Condition Monitoring Systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international standards, safety protocols, and the ability to work in hazardous environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Engineering: Produce precise control system and control panel designs using AutoCAD and E-Plan.

• Technical Analysis and Documentation: Study and interpret customer specifications to develop accurate Technical Bills of Materials (BOM) and engineering drawings.

• Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through delivery, maintaining schedules and resource allocation.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct design reviews and ensure rigorous quality control throughout the engineering process.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in electrical panel design, preferably in industrial or oil and gas sectors.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design and drafting, Strong understanding of IEC 61439, UL, CE, IECEx, and ATEX standards.

• Industry Knowledge: Experience designing local control panels and Condition Monitoring Systems for hazardous environments.
