Job Description
Hunarstreet Technologies is seeking a Senior Power Systems Engineer to lead the design and implementation of electrical power systems for chemical and petrochemical complexes.
About the Role
This position requires expertise in high-voltage switchyards, transformers, MV and LV switchboards, emergency diesel generator sets, electrical distribution networks, earthing systems, lighting designs, and detailed engineering for power, lighting, and earthing applications.
The ideal candidate will have experience with specification preparation, data sheet creation, technical bid analysis, and review of vendor drawings for electrical equipment. They should also be proficient in designing documents, including load lists, single-line diagrams, and calculations for basic equipment such as transformers, diesel generators, PCC-MCCs, power control cables, battery chargers, and UPS systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of electrical power systems for chemical and petrochemical complexes
• Develop and maintain technical standards and guidelines for electrical power systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process, mechanical, piping, instrumentation, and civil disciplines
• Ensure compliance with relevant Indian and international codes and standards for electrical design
