• Position Overview
As the Senior PPC Manager, you will take complete ownership of our high-stakes, performance-driven pay-per-click campaigns. Your primary goal will be to maximize the ROI and efficiency of multi-channel paid campaigns, primarily targeting the US market. This is a highly strategic role, where we expect you to leverage your 10+ years of experience to lead high-budget campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other critical channels.
• We are looking for someone who is not just a manager, but a visionary—a true expert in PPC who can bring innovative ideas and refine our existing processes. You will have the autonomy to experiment, optimize, and take decisive actions that directly impact the growth of our clients. With a strong focus on analytics, strategy, and execution, you will identify opportunities to enhance performance and scale campaigns efficiently.

Job Role:
• Strategic Leadership: You will lead, develop, and execute multi-million-dollar PPC strategies across multiple platforms, ensuring campaigns deliver exceptional ROI. You will have a significant say in budget allocation and optimization.
• Data-Driven Decisions: You will regularly dive deep into performance metrics, A/B testing results, conversion rates, and key audience insights to continually fine-tune campaigns. Using advanced tools and analytics, you’ll make data-driven decisions that enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Innovation: We expect you to be a trendsetter in PPC. You will identify cutting-edge opportunities within paid media, ensuring that our strategies remain competitive and innovative in an ever-evolving market landscape.
• Collaboration & Leadership: As a leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including SEO, content marketing, and Development to ensure holistic, aligned marketing strategies. You’ll mentor junior team members and share your deep knowledge of PPC best practices.
• Accountability for Performance: You will be directly accountable for the KPIs of each campaign and responsible for regular reporting and analysis. Your insights and results will drive future decision-making and campaign refinement.

• Experience in A/B testing, keyword research, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
