The Role
Senior Practice Development Officers play an integral role in the service delivery offices, working behind the scenes to develop ways to continuously improve our services.

Key duties include:

Providing advice, consultation and assistance to management and field staff on operational policy and practice matters, and complex casework practice issues.
Contributing to the development and review of frameworks.
Monitoring, reporting and making recommendations on the standard of Departmental practice.
Contributing to professional development and practice development by engaging in a range of learning strategies including mentoring and coaching.

The Opportunity
This permanent, full time position is located in Kalgoorlie in the Goldfields region of Western Australia.

Qualification Requirements
You must have a Bachelors degree in Social Work, Psychology or relevant human services area to be eligible for this position. All overseas qualifications must also be assessed for Australian equivalency.
