What you will do at RRD?
Perform various Presales or sales support activities and help Clients (Internal) on their Sales and Marketing initiatives. Focus areas:
• Reports – Will be responsible to generate, update, and circulate periodic reports, a few examples are Salesforce reports, team performance reports from project trackers, and ad hoc reports
• Implementation Management System (IMS) – End-to-end management of requests raised through IMS.
• Involves coordination with stakeholders, mailbox management, stakeholder communication management,etc.
• Content Management - To manage RRD GOC’s Content library “The Vault”. Upload, update and tag content related RRD GOC sales, marketing, and services. Proactively reaching out to stakeholders for latest content
• Research support – Secondary research support
• Support Sales team / Senior leaders on their administrative tasks such as mining information from various data sources, consolidating information from various files, updates to existing information, troubleshooting, coordinating or scheduling introductory or project discussion meetings, document formatting, etc.
What do we expect for this role?
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent MS Office skills - Excel (advance), PowerPoint (minimum L2 level), Word, and MS Project
• Working knowledge of DV tools like Data Studio, CRM (Salesforce)
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong research and analytical skills - Ability to research and analyze information/data, draw inferences and present findings
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective relationship with the customer and internal stakeholders
• Organizational skills, adaptability and composure under pressure are equally important
• Relevant experience in PreSales with exposure to data management/MIS
• 3 to 5 years of Project Management experience in Tech and/or Marketing vertical
• Experience in direct client interaction
