Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre Sales Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting sales processes by qualifying leads, coordinating with prospective clients, and preparing sales proposals. Responsibilities include conducting customer research, presenting project offerings, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals. The role also requires organizing site visits and assisting in closing deals alongside the sales team.
Qualifications
Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, public speaking, and customer engagement skills
Sales and Lead Management Skills: Proficiency in lead qualification, client relationship management, and assisting in closing sales deals
Market Research and Analysis: Ability to research customer needs, analyze data effectively, and craft tailored sales proposals
Collaboration and Teamwork: Experience working collaboratively in sales and marketing teams to achieve shared goals
Basic IT Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of the real estate industry or similar sectors is preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
