Job Description
Client interaction, conducting of audits, reporting & presenting to senior management on aspects such as Risks, Compliance, and Remediation
Defending audit findings, explaining legal provisions, implications, prosecution and penalties, and exposure to senior management
Providing specific and accurate legal advice
Leading and mentoring the team of juniors
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in law (LLB).
Must have 7-8 years of relevant experience
Strong experience in the Indian legal regime
Experience in labor and employment law and its audit
Should be able to read and speak in Kannada
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
A natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
