Support the Global Securities Class Action Client Service Team in completing various tasks including, but not limited to:
preparation of payment files for Banking Team
preparation of payment files for Client payment instruction requests
preparation of backscan filings
preparation of reports and emails related to Client deficiencies and audits
Support the Global Securities Class Action Research Team in completing various tasks including, but not limited to:
researching and updating case records for completeness
perform data entry, research and verification of data associated with certain case types
provide support for ongoing case audits
Support the Global Securities Class Action Banking Team in completing various tasks including, but not limited to:
creation of OFAC files
preparation of payment files related to the return of certain funds to Administrators
provide support for escheatment process
provide support for team, including the monitoring of mailboxes and updating of daily trackers related to bank payments.
