Process Engineer with Tableau Experience
Wells Fargo is seeking a Process Engineer with Tableau experience to be part of the Marketing Execution and Process Excellence team.
In this role, you will:
• Design and develop highly complex analytic models to monitor and manage risk and controls activity
• Meet risk management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of adherence, regulations, and policies for data integrity
• Develop and design initiatives that encompass analyses and future state models
• Work complex initiatives involving multiple business process segments
• Complete integrated process analyses, identifying procedural and control deficiencies, opportunities, and recommending solutions
• Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to achieve goals
• Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Prepares materials for review/approval sessions with Business Group and Enterprise Function leaders
• Responsible for decomposing large complex functions & business areas into logical process hierarchy/ taxonomy
• Responsible for connecting upstream and downstream processes within the Business Group or Enterprise Function
• Guide business partners and project participants on process engineering standards and best practices
• Provide operational and analytical support
• Assist in identifying gaps and efficiency opportunities
• Make recommendations based on analyses
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 4+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or modeling using Tableau
Desired Qualifications
• BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics, or computer science
• Strong experience in database query and data management, also advanced Microsoft skills
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• High energy & strong communication skills (presentation and narrative skills)
• Ability to translate analytical data into useful business information
• Self-driven and passionate about continuous learning
• Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn the business aspects quickly
• Knowledge of functional area, such as risk, in banking industry would be an added advantage
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize between projects

• Meet risk management deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of adherence, regulations, and policies for data integrity
• Develop and design initiatives that encompass analyses and future state models
