We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Process & Roles Analyst to support process design, optimization, and implementation efforts within our Sales, Credit & Servicing Center of Excellence. With a strong focus on Salesforce and nCino . Role is responsible for collaborating across business lines & functional areas to evaluate processes, influence best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to improve operations. Ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, along with strong communication with the ability to collaborative effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Key Responsibilities:
+ Analyze and document processes using industry-standard methodologies
+ Develop future-state process models to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
+ Partner with stakeholders to optimize efficiencies and align processes to strategic objectives
+ Gather requirements from business lines ensuring process changes align to business needs
+ Translate business requirements into actionable process improvements
+ Support platform enhancements that impact process execution and partner closely with product owners to drive delivery
+ Gather feedback and iterate processes based on user experience
+ Ensure processes align with regulatory, compliance and industry best practices
+ Recommend and drive continuous improvements to optimize efficiency
+ Build strong relationships with key partners to align on expectations and resolve conflicts
• Preferred Skills and Experience:
+ Salesforce and nCino knowledge preferred
+ Expert knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
+ Typically has six or more years of related work experience
+ Demonstrated management and leadership skills
+ Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
+ Advanced knowledge of project management
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
