We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product teams shaping the future of legal tech. You'll tackle complex challenges while designing and shipping intuitive yet powerful features used by lawyers and staff at some of the world's best law firms.
You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing team members while helping to evolve our design practice. You'll report to the Head of Design and work alongside a small but growing design team. What You Will Do:
Design:
Lead the full design process for the teams you work with
Explore and envision brand new solution ideas through rapid mockups and iterations
Design elegant high-fidelity UIs that make complex legal and financial workflows intuitive but efficient
Produce functional prototypes which can be used for early user validation and refinement
Develop and maintain our design system to drive consistency and scale design
Collaboration:
Partner with Product Managers to shape product strategy and prioritize features based on user needs and business goals
Work closely with Engineering to co-design and ship high quality solutions
Confidently facilitate workshops with your product teams and the broader design team
Discovery and Research:
Understand when user research is needed and confidently employ common research methodologies
Use analytics tools to identify and quantify opportunities
Synthesize research into compelling insights for stakeholders
Requirements
What you need to know and what will make you successful!
Experience:
4+ years of product design experience, preferably including time in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong portfolio showing user-centered design processes, complex problem-solving skills and elegant solutions
A clear communicator, able to tell stories that bring others on the journey and effectively advocate for our users
Exemplary team player who provides support, actively seeks feedback and opportunities to collaborate
Experience building and maintaining design systems
Proficiency with modern design tools (we primarily use Figma)
Comfortable using a mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform design decisions
Desirable:
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) to aid engineering collaboration
Experience leveraging AI tools for rapidly building functional prototypes
