About the role
Leap is looking for someone to look after our end-to-end product design efforts in our mission to build the best ever consumer crypto product experience. You will build and scale our design and manage the entire product suite - web browser extension and mobile apps on multiple chains (Cosmos and Near)
We're offering a playground to experiment and ship exceptional solutions to a diverse set of problems. You'll be working with PMs, Engineers and other design folks to define the goals, and vision of how to build an exceptional Wallet experience.
We closed a $3.2 million Private Sale that was co-led by Pantera Capital & CoinFund and also saw participation from Arrington Capital, Accel, Terraform Labs including several stellar angels.
Ideal Candidate
4-8 years experience designing consumer products in high growth environments, can think at a high level about product strategy but also be hands-on as required and act with speed & precision, can drive strong culture.
Thrives within a cross-discipline team in a remote environment
Experience working in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
An intuitive eye for customer needs and attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
Good to have: knowledge and experience in the blockchain/web3 space
