Senior Product Designer - Identity and Access Management

We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to help shape the experience for our new products. Our team is now developing the prototype for the IAM (Identity and Access Management) product, and we are looking for a designer to help us better design our new IAM product. This includes features like user authentication, authorization, password management, and single sign-on. IAM software enhances security, streamlines user administration, and ensures appropriate access privileges, protecting sensitive information and resources.

We hope to enhance the value of our collaboration software with the new IAM product and allow our customers to experience better teamwork. As a senior Product Designer, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX writers and other designers to create intuitive and engaging experiences.

Position Description

Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Create a wireframe with a deep understanding of the product requirement
• Create and maintain the design system to ensure cohesion and standards across the application
• Create a prototype by using Figma
• Conduct a user research with a UX researcher to ensure accessibility and usability
• Encouraging collaboration between other professionals, researchers, writers, engineers, and PdM
• Build a user-centric goal for features by utilizing both qualitative/quantitative research
• Improve designer workflows by managing shared tools and libraries and creating more efficient processes

Expected Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• 5+ years of experience designing UI/UX for apps or web
• Create visual presentations, storyboards, and prototypes showing solutions and context for both peers, users, and leadership
• Facilitate collaborative innovation through workshops with designers, stakeholders, and potential users
• An understanding of design patterns and frameworks — you know what needs to be done to design a button, a modal and the page layout
• Design, prototype, and test UI components that solve for a wide variety of use cases in a consistent and flexible way
• Shared understanding and belief in our company’s mission and values
• Very good command of English (Business Level)

Additional Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Experience designing B2B services with a large user base
• Experience in designing the UX for the system admin, IT department
• Knowledge of OAuth2, OIDC, SCIM, and SAML
• Designing for inclusive and accessible experiences is your area of expertise
• Deep understanding of web accessibility guidelines and standards, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
• Familiarity with CSS and SCSS
• Familiarity with React

Location
• Based on the premise of working in Japan, you have the option to choose your work location nationwide, whether it be at one of our offices or from home.

Salary Range
• 9,000,000 - 13,000,000 JPY（Bonus Included）
