Job Requirements
Role/ Job Title: Senior Product Manager - 1
Function/ Department: Toll and Transit
Job Purpose:
Responsible for end-to-end product life cycle management for toll and transit department, not limiting to FASTAG. Develop and manage products as per the assigned product portfolio. Responsible for handling governance and regulatory compliance
Create partnerships in issuance and acquiring business.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Support in developing strategy for bank's FASTAG acquiring and issuance growth.
• Enhance product portfolio profitability by achieving customer acquisition, product penetration and portfolio quality targets for the assigned portfolio.
• Support in developing market leadership for key regions in collaboration with other internal stake holders through strategic initiatives
• Develop Products and ensure launch as per internal policy for the assigned product line.
• Ensure Product release cycle ensuring the features are tested and deployed as per expectation.
• Work with Product Managers and business to ensure the products and services are always designed with customer First solutions.
• Help teams with Agile project management and work with project management leads and tech for delivery.
• Ensure process adherence, testing and timely release of Products.
• Handle the governance and regulatory requirements related to KYC, audit, NHAI + NPCI.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with regulators and ensure the product enhancements are in line with the regulatory guidelines.
• Create exhaustive and comprehensive documentation.
• Ensuring minimal scope creeps and changes post sign-off (# of bugs requiring additional CRs)
Managerial and Leadership Responsibilities: This is for leadership roles. - Optional
Education Qualification:
Graduation: B.E. / B Tech / B. Com, etc. or other relevant degree
Post-graduation: MBA
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
