We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager with a deep passion for AI and a proven track record of using AI tools in everyday product management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working on direct-to-consumer mobile apps and a strong background in managing products at leading companies like Flipkart, CRED, PhonePe, CureFit, Zerodha, or similar. This role requires an individual with a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and the ability to drive product innovation and growth in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• AI-Driven Product Strategy: Leverage AI tools and methodologies to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy. Prioritize features and improvements that drive user engagement, retention, and long-term value, particularly for households transitioning from income stability to wealth-building.
• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects across various pods, ensuring timely delivery of products, features, and partnerships. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and data, to bring product initiatives from concept to launch.
• Metrics Ownership: Drive and improve key product metrics such as Acquisition, Activation, Revenue, Retention, Conversion, Referrals, and Growth. Utilize AI analytics to track and optimize these KPIs.
• User-Centered Design: Champion user-centered design principles, informed by data analytics, to build products that solve real problems for our target audience. Ensure that AI and machine learning models are integrated to enhance user experiences.
• Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership and external partners to align product goals and priorities. Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Innovation and Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, especially in AI, FinTech, and subscription-based services. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing mobile apps, with a strong preference for candidates from Flipkart, CRED, PhonePe, CureFit, Zerodha, or similar companies.
• AI Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI tools and platforms to drive product innovation, decision-making, and user experience improvements.
• Educational Background: Undergraduate degree in Engineering is mandatory. An MBA from ISB, IIT, IIM, Narsee Monjee, SP Jain, or XLRI is highly preferred.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Adaptability: Thrives in a remote, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment. Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
