Pepper Content (www.peppercontent.io) is building a global content marketing platform that brings together the power of technology and humans in the content creation process for organic marketing. Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and majority of the startup ecosystem.
We are building a global SaaS-enabled marketplace for fast-growth SMB, mid-market and enterprise customers that helps marketers manage all their activities ranging from content creation to workflow management and content distribution. To facilitate all our ambitions, we are looking for an experienced product manager who has a keen eye for product vision and an innovative mind to develop them.
Job Responsibilities:
• Take ownership of our flagship category product - SEO Stack
• Understand Editorial SEO practices and build AI-based smart product flows to craft a revolutionary user experience for the use case
• Come up with performance and RoI calculation levers for the end customer
• Develop revenue generating product levers
• Absorb all the complexities and the processes, and make simple, elegant and polished solution that simplify user experience
• Create and maintain detailed product specifications and documentation that clearly articulate the product roadmap
• Identify opportunities to collaborate and partner with third parties for adding effective and scalable product features and functionalities
• Analyse the similar product offering out there in the market and seek differentiation opportunities
The ideal candidate must -
• Have 4 years of minimum working experience in SaaS product teams that have scaled from scratch
• Have worked with ML and DS teams in the past
• Have demonstrated success in defining and launching products
• Solid technical background with understanding in software development and web technologies
• Keen on understanding GPT and LLM models
• Strong sense of Product Design Principles
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• Be able to lead cross discipline discussions without formal authority
• Very sound communication skills to listen and articulate opinions of all the stakeholders of the product
• Collaborate with Persuasiveness rather than authority
• Have strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously
