Senior Product Manager
Job Description: The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing all PM related responsibilities across Cross-sell business and new initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Redesigning the customer journeys of existing products for Cross-selling new products with core objective of enhancing customer experience, reducing TAT etc.
- Coordinating with internal teams and ensuring that key deliverables are achieved as per the defined timelines
- Identifying gap areas in existing process/ customer journeys and preparing appropriate Tech-enabled solutions for addressing these gaps
- Work closely with the execution teams to help achieve defined business targets
- Preparing cost-benefit analysis of new initiatives and managing internal approvals for execution
- Taking up discussions with the IT/ PMO teams for new tech initiatives and ensuring execution as per the defined timelines
- Preparing competition analysis - outlining best-in-class practices across the peer group across similar product lines
- Preparing process documents, preparing presentations for monthly reviews
Qualifications:
- Must have 8+ years of work experience in Banks/ NBFCs and over 4+ years specifically in Product function
- Preferably MBA from a Tier 1/ 2 colleges
