About Us
Bridgit is a leading non-bank lender transforming the way Australians access property finance. Purpose-built to make property transactions faster and easier, we pioneered the Buy Now, Sell Later solution – empowering homeowners to unlock their property equity and move on their terms. With a simple digital application, fast approvals, and flexible loan options, we’re making property finance seamless and stress-free.

We’re now five years old and making huge strides. We have accredited over three quarters of Australia’s broker network, and launched white label solutions with Australia’s largest aggregators – Connective, Aussie Home Loans, Finsure, and Loan Market Group – and we’re just getting started.

Our momentum has been recognised with awards such as Best Growth Story at the 2025 Fintech Awards, 2025 Finder People’s Choice Award for Lending Innovation, the finalist for Excellence in Lending (Business & Consumer) at the 2025 Finnies, Deloitte's tech fast 50 2025 and finally; being recognised as one of LinkedIn’s top 20 Start Up’s in Australia 2025.
The difference you'll make:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Digital Banking to lead our Digital Banking Squad and join Bridgit’s fast-growing team in Sydney. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about solving customer problems and eager to make an impact in a high-growth fintech.
What you’ll do:
Own the ‘how’ by leading solution design across the squad, creating detailed process flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user stories that translate strategic concepts into developer-ready features
Champion an iterative delivery approach by breaking large initiatives into clear, incremental releases that deliver immediate value while building toward the long-term platform vision
Ensure strong delivery momentum and alignment with business priorities
Work closely with the Head of Product to shape, prioritise, and execute the Digital Banking roadmap whilst balancing customer needs, regulatory requirements, technical constraints, and business goals
Scope and define complex initiatives, translating them into actionable plans with clear timelines and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration by working closely with developers, designers, operations, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
Translate feedback and ideas into clear requirements, ensuring customer needs and internal insights are documented as user stories, acceptance criteria, or product specs for the development team.
Support testing, QA, and feature rollout, helping to identify bugs, edge cases, or usability gaps to ensure a polished, high-quality user experience at launch.
Maintain organised product documentation, keeping tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion up to date with relevant tasks, project notes, and development progress.
Advocate for the customer perspective across all stages of development, helping the team stay focused on solving real user problems and delivering meaningful value.
Contribute to data-informed decisions by assisting in the collection and analysis of product usage metrics, customer feedback, and performance trends.
What we’re looking for:
This is a senior, hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who has deep, real-world experience building digital banking or payments products.
10+ years of Product Management experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
Proven experience building digital banking, payments, or digital wallet products (non-negotiable)
Background in a neobank, fintech, or digital bank (strongly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to take complex financial products from concept through to delivery and scale
Strong product delivery mindset with the ability to balance speed, quality, and long-term platform thinking
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across product, engineering, operations, and leadership teams
Clear, confident communication, able to translate complex ideas into simple, actionable plans
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking ownership to drive outcomes
Strong customer-first mindset, with the ability to translate insights into meaningful product improvements
Bonus points for:
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Confluence, or similar
Exposure to regulated financial products or lending environments
