Key job responsibilities
Collaborate across Operations, HR, and Labor Planning teams to develop comprehensive labor planning solutions
Drive strategic alignment through effective communication and comprehensive system implementations
Analyze operational processes to define precise business requirements and develop optimal strategies
Manage the entire product development lifecycle, prioritizing features and ensuring smooth adoption
Balance technical capabilities with business needs while overseeing system implementation and troubleshooting

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in product management, program management, or related technology roles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product roadmaps
Proven experience in end-to-end product delivery
Strong understanding of feature development and product trade-offs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration
Deep understanding of operational workflow optimization
Experience in technology product management within complex organizational environments

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
