We deliver superannuation and pension solutions to individuals and workplaces, helping Australians grow and protect their retirement savings. As a Senior Product Manager , you’ll be at the forefront of shaping AMP’s superannuation product strategy. You’ll lead initiatives that drive growth, retention, and cost efficiencies, while championing product innovation and excellence. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—managing product lifecycles, collaborating with fund managers and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance across a complex regulatory landscape.
You’ll also play a key leadership role, mentoring a high-performing team and influencing internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional adviser and customer experiences.
