Develop savings account product variants
Roles & Responsibilities
• Creation of Digital customer journeys for SA customers
• Customized solution as per the customer requirements
• Competition benchmarking
• Being up to date on latest innovations in the Retail Liabilities space
• Identifying opportunities within the existing SA base to grow the Savings book
• Product training and awareness
• Channel support and query resolution
• Customer communication
