Product Owner (Delivery) :
Product Owner accountable for Delivery and responsible for deployment of risk technology solutions that support the group. Engage stakeholders to drive and build strategic outcomes. Move at speed using excellent judgement to balance delivery vs delivered risk. Also responsible for uplifting the capability of other Product Owners and ensuring PACE principles are embedded across the squads.

The Technology Chief Controls Office (CCO) team is a Line 1 risk team responsible for supporting CBA in continuing to mature its risk culture and establish and maintain strong risk practices.
Technology CCO is responsible for providing end-to-end risk advice and guidance. We support our delivery teams across CommBank in the development and operation of solutions ranging across innovative product platforms for our customers to essential tools within our business.

This role will lead a persistent squad delivering a number of project streams which make up the Accelerated Controls Assurance Automation Program (ACAA).
The program aims to automate activities necessary in determining IT General Control effectiveness. Utilising primarily the ServiceNow Integrated Risk Module (2000+ internal users), AWS technologies and AI.
Excellent judgement is needed to plot a course that allows us to move at pace in a complex environment, balancing speed vs delivery risks.
Our outcomes impact the entire organisation, so stakeholder engagement and strong communication skills are essential.
Key responsibilities for this role include
Manage large and/or complex streams of work to achieve the Group's strategic objectives through targeted and agreed outcomes.
Effectively manage relationships and communications with program stakeholders, including end users and cross BU teams.
Support the Crew to plan and structure the program for success incorporating required skills in DevSecOps/Agile Development.
Prepare robust and achievable project plans to manage and deliver quality outcomes.
Continuously contribute to TCCO’s capability uplift and coach other Product Owners in delivery of their assigned tasks.
Participate in the overall development of the Product Owner chapter.
Evaluate effectiveness of delivery processes and methodologies and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Experience in managing moderate to complex projects in a fast paced, changing environment involving numerous distributed and diverse Technologies.
Sound Data Management principles and experience in executing strategy.
Advanced delivery governance and reporting skills. Knowledge and experience in using delivery lifecycle methodologies.
Ability to effectively lead a team of people from multiple chapters to deliver better risk outcomes.
