Main Purpose Of The Job
This is an exciting opportunity be part of dynamic team that plays an integral role in Unilever’s growth. The successful candidate will lead Data Driven Marketing technology enabled business transformation projects, leveraging the power of technology across our digital channels (Paid, Owned and Earned) in which brands are discovered to be effective and efficient. Key to this role is
• Ability to capture the requirements, influence cross-functional teams and design future-proof solutions
• Relentless Focus on Fundamentals that ensure rigor and discipline in planning and execution
• Prioritize funding of activities to make our digital investments work
• Continuously leveraging quality 1P data (shoppers and consumers) and ensuring importance to consent (Cookie/Marketing)
• Becoming part of NexGen MarTech by tapping into CDP platform, channels and consumer journey orchestration solutions that are shaping trends for future
• Continuously scaling our existing sponsorships and partnerships while identifying new opportunities and priorities for our brands
• Driving innovation across our portfolio of brands to unlock new trends and optimizing for precision, performance and 121 marketing where applicable
• Constantly innovating with new channels, new platforms, new technology and new partners to stay one step ahead of our competition
Key Responsibilities
• Partner the Global Business-side Product Owner(s) in Global DMC for the respective capabilities and setting out the long-term strategy and product management roadmap for the key initiatives defined by global DMC
• Build a deep understanding of the capabilities within the DMC portfolios (and adjacent ecosystems) and an understanding of business requirements, across different functions
• Contribute to the development of the DDM strategy ensuring that relevant opportunities are considered and ensure that these opportunities are aligned/included into IT strategy
• Participate in global Community of Practice across capabilites and establish yourself as SME to guide on process/tech
• Hold key suppliers and internal delivery teams accountable to on-time delivery with quality and full accountability for the project plan, budget, risks, issues, and action logs.
• Accountability for change management and communications for all projects/supported capabilities – critical to success.
• Build strong connection with adjacent / dependent programs including DMCs, People Data Centers, Media, Website Solutions, M&A and eCommerce.
• Build high quality, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in DMC Hubs, In-Market and BG teams (if needed).
• Nurture and develop a relationship across UniOps (UiM, D&A, One Tech, VMO, PMO, etc).
