We’re building tomorrow’s bank today, with secure, automated, and AI-powered solutions
Together we can uplift engineering maturity and redefine how we deliver technology at scale
See yourself in our team

At CommBank, we’re committed to building a brighter future for all. Whether you're working directly with customers or behind the scenes, your ideas, energy and initiative help shape the future of banking.

The EUX Software Engineering team supports the broader EUX function by managing and enhancing our products and services. We work closely with support teams across the organisation to drive automation and improve the speed and quality of service delivery. Our focus is on software development and automation within the Secure Desktop and Identity Services crew, covering solutions such as:

CBA Standard Operating Environment (SOE)
Microsoft Defender, AppLocker, Airlock Digital
Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Analytics, and Device Management
Do work that matters

As Product Owner, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for both in-house and vendor-managed products, including our enterprise desktop analytics platform. You’ll champion DevSecOps practices, drive adoption across the crew, and help uplift engineering maturity.

You’ll play a key role in shaping a future where our colleagues can rapidly assist the business by identifying, diagnosing, and remediating common issues with speed and precision. You’ll also help incorporate AI and analytics into our solutions to enable proactive remediation and intelligent automation.

More specifically, you will:

Define and lead the product vision and roadmap aligned with crew objectives
Own and evolve our enterprise desktop analytics product and vendor relationships
Champion DevSecOps practices and embed security into the development lifecycle
Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to drive adoption and uplift
Lead sprint planning, refine user stories, and remove delivery blockers
Use design thinking and analytics to validate product strategy and design
Influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across the crew
We want to hear from you if you have:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technical environment
Deep understanding of enterprise desktop environments and endpoint security tools
Expertise in DevSecOps practices and agile/lean development methodologies
Strong stakeholder engagement and process design capabilities
A curious mindset and a passion for solving customer problems
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives
