Job Description
Role/ Job Title: Production Engineer- ServiceNow.
Function/ Department: Information Technology Job Purpose: Responsible for developing solutions based on functional specifications and technical design. Responsible for Unit/SIT and resolving bugs. Responsible for support on L2/L3 analysis production incident.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Hands on experience into ITSM modules - incident, problem, change, asset, service request management.
• Experience in creating service catalogues, variable sets, workflow, flow designer
• Experience in creation of new fields on forms, writing validation around the same through UI policies, client scripts.
• Experience in writing script includes, business rules, server-side scripts
• Working on discovery of servers and network devices and updating the CMDB.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues and raise case with OEM for any product related issues.
• Ability to write fix scripts/background scripts for troubleshooting and fixing data related issues.
• Creation of new reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
• Troubleshooting instance performance related issues.
• Good to have knowledge on ITBM. GRC and other modules in ServiceNow.
• Excellent analytical and communication.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) /Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
Experience: 5-10 years
