Your role will involve supervising manufacturing processes, liaising with other engineers to optimize production, diagnosing production line issues, and ensuring safety protocols are in place to minimize the carbon footprint. Additionally, you will stay updated on engineering advancements, analyze production processes for improvement, and manage production schedules and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise manufacturing processes to ensure safe and efficient quality work.
- Collaborate with engineers to enhance production plans and reduce costs.
- Identify and address production line issues, providing recommendations and training.
- Establish safety protocols prioritizing worker well-being and environmental impact.
- Stay informed about engineering advancements and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Identify and report unsafe practices, and implement corrective measures.
- Develop production schedules and budgets for projects.
- Coordinate meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Analyze production processes and recommend improvements.
- Procure necessary materials and equipment.
Qualifications Required:
- Degree in engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- 6-7 years of relevant experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proven experience in the engineering field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
