• Plan and draw up a production schedule.
• Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate.
• select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance.
• Ability to handle regulatory inspections and set quality standards.
• Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
• Collate and analyse data, putting together production reports for both factory managers and customers.
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
• Review worker performance and identify training needs.
• Must have experience as production manager in food/nutrition/pharma industry.
• Knowledge of FSSAI/BIS/HACCP and other regulatory requirements is desirable.
• Manpower management experience required.
• Direct reporting to COO of company.
Location : Rakanpur, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. 3 km from science city.
