Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Industrial Planner to lead the development and implementation of project schedules. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule Development: Design and develop project schedules using tools such as Primavera, SAP, and MS Project.
• Schedule Evaluation: Evaluate project schedule progress and performance, identifying developing problem areas and recommending workarounds.
• Critical Path Analysis: Analyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to the schedule and recommend solutions.
• Production Planning: Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products, planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Resource Allocation: Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit status and performance reports to management.
• Change Management: Lead change management topics from Planning, ensuring implementation of all changes in respective projects.
• Capacity Planning: Lead capacity planning activity, ensuring creation of workload charts.
Requirements:
• Qualifications: Engineering BTech/BE (Mech/Elec/Industrial) degree; PMP certification is an added advantage.
• Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in Primavera, SAP, MS Project, and Kinaxis.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Production/Project/Industrial Planning in Manufacturing Industry.
