• Proven ability to debug, optimize Live/Production system incidents, and automate mundane tasks
• Expertise in analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale OLTP/distributed systems
• Systematic an individual ‘can do attitude’, having knowledge of fixing issues, problem-solving, RCA, brings innovative ideas for infrastructure/service components
• Understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems
• Brings hands on experience in Mulesoft, ActiveMQ, Dynatrace, AWS, Kubernetes, SQL Developer, postman, soap, Kafka, cloud technologies, EFK stack, Prometheus, SQL, XML, JSON & CSV, Grafana CI/CD with Jenkins
• Ensuring ++.++% for all ticket resolutions, SLA & OLA
• SRE Support & its production support.
• Better understanding of SLI / SLO.
• Incident Management , change management, deployment & its relative automation.
• Mentoring team members, self-initiator
• effective communication skills and a sense of drive
• Preparing SOPs & brings up self-healing concepts
• Knowledge of modern API technologies
• Involvement of preparing and maintaining documentations, SOPs APIs
