Responsibilities
• Work within the change control process to
document and update changing system
requirements.
• Manage and maintain a RAID log taking
ownership to see items through to closure
• Ensure all stakeholders are informed
appropriately of progress within the
program/project
• Plan, Manage & Track independently
• · Lead and manage complex technology programs, large scale digital transformation projects from initiation to implementation
• Create , track and manage project plans. Establishing priorities, managing resources and budgets
• Ensure that the project is running on time, within budget, and in accordance with firm-wide guidelines, including risk and architecture
• Vendor management, SOW preparation and finalization
Qualifications
• 15+ years of overall industry experience
(at least in 2 BFSI organization/domain)
• 3+ years of relevant Experience in
coaching at large organizations
• Scrum Master Certification is mandatory
