Job Profile: Responsible & Accountable // Key Accountability
1.To prepare drawings, specifications & construction documents. Consult with clients to determine their requirements
2.Experienced in design and coordination of high rise residential buildings & commercial buildings.
3.Co-ordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development. Conduct preliminary feasibility studies including area study options for the land/site under consideration.
4.Work with teams across business lines and coordinate with consultants and engineers & site team. Co-ordinate with Rera certifications.
5.Modify existing plans and elevations to fit client and sales needs
6.To visit construction sites to check the progress of projects and make sure contractors are building them according to their plans.
7.The architect also needs to consider the type of building materials to use that fit the client’s requirements as well as the budget.
8.As the projects progresses, the architect will consult with clients, contractors, engineers & other key members to ensure that aspects.
+. To visit the project site & understand the topography like contours, position of trees, boulders etc.
10.To ensure, in strict coordination with the surveyor, complete reflection of all topographic elements accurately in their actual state.
11.To study the survey drawings of the plot & to check the same for geometric accuracy, prior to commencing design works.
12.To be single point of contact for the structural, MEP & Marketing Teams & vendors for all project related issues.
13.Familiar with local building byelaws & other statutory norms
14.Coordinate with consultant architects, structural & services consultants for design development & smooth flow of the projects
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
