Position: Senior Project Architect (Execution & Coordination Focus)
We’re looking for a seasoned and self-driven Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team at Fab Interiors. This leadership role focuses on overseeing the transition from finalized design drawings to on-site execution. You’ll work closely with contractors, vendors, and clients to bring high-end residential and interior design projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the on-site execution of projects post-design finalization.
Coordinate efficiently with contractors, vendors, consultants, and the internal design team.
Oversee and finalize elements related to lighting, home automation, and other technical services.
Review technical drawings for design adherence and timeline management.
Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and uphold quality standards.
Maintain clear, confident communication with clients, managing their expectations and feedback.
Skills Required:
Proven experience in site coordination, detailing, and MEP integration.
Background in luxury residential or hospitality interiors (preferred).
Expertise in managing lighting, automation, millwork, Furniture etc
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to anticipate and resolve site-related challenges proactively.
Strong attention to detail with a solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
B.Arch. degree Or Engineering degree
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in construction field with a strong focus on execution and delivery.
