The role:
As we continue to expand in VIC, many regional opportunities are continuing to become apparent, and so we have some opportunities across regional VIC for a solidified Senior Project Engineer to jump on board and support our delivery team.
This role offers an exciting career path with one of the fastest growing, self-performing civil construction businesses in the country.
We are a Melbourne based business; however, this role is strictly a DIDO role and requires flexibility with regional travel around VIC.
Your impact:
Taking the helm of our ambitious and innovative projects, as a Senior Project Engineer, you will be a key voice in steering us as we embark on bolstering our growing workbook in the Renewables and Energy sector.
Your every day:
Coordinating and administering construction engineering activities to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.
Participating in monthly financial reviews and providing cost forecasts against budgets to understand cost to complete.
Leading and supporting a strong safety culture.
Managing the construction program and implementing mitigating measures to keep the program on track.
Demonstrating financial management skills and commercial acumen when making decisions.
Who are you?
Bachelors degree in civil engineering or project management.
A proven track record of delivering infrastructure projects and leading teams with a successful outcome regarding the above KRA’s.
Effective communication with clients, consultants management & on-site personnel.
Understanding of HSE/QA compliance.
Experience in delivering infrastructure projects greater than $20mil in value.
Ability to travel regionally when needed.
