Qualification & Experience:

B.E./B. Tech/M.Tech with MBA / PGDBM (Energy/Power Management)/M. Tech (Electrical/ Civil/ Mechanical)

Experience:  Minimum Experience: 10-12 years  Experience in Solar or power Industry: 7-+ years

 Candidates having prior experience in the Solar industry or having experience in Big Consultancy firms shall be preferred.

Job Responsibility:

 Monitoring and executing EPC projects w.r.t. the budgeted cost, demand forecasts & time overruns

 Should have experience in Lenders Engineer/Owners Engineering

 Spearheading project management process from the conceptual development stage through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within budget

 To work with internal & and external stakeholders on an assigned project to identify solutions to business problems and streamline processes

 Preparing project schedules at the initiation stage and updating & and monitoring throughout the project life cycle

 Formulating Standard Operating Procedures for new processes and ensuring their implementation across all levels

 Supervising the project start-up contracts/agreements, due diligence, formulation, and negotiations in coordination with internal and external teams

 To manage and mentor the team assigned to the project; to execute and complete assigned projects within the time and scope of the client

 Preparing technical specifications & scope and deliverables, generating estimates and BOQ based on requirements generated during detailed engineering of the projects

 Manage project communication and documentation

 Managing and coordinating Project Management Activity

 Develop and deliver reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations related to the project

 Liaise with project stakeholders, internal and external, on an ongoing basis

 Assessment of Commercial aspects

 Client management and liaisoning

 Policy Analysis and Regulatory work on behalf of the client related to solar

 Work on Financial Models, Policy Analysis and Development

 Payment process coordination for projects  Project proposal development

 Organizing/Scheduling meetings, as required, with the client, subcontractors, and internal resources to resolve issues and ensure smooth project implementation

 Any other things as and when delegated by management from time to time

 Good working experience in MS Project, MS Office, Understanding PrimaVera Software
