We at Innovecture are hiring for a "Senior Project Manager" to expand our team is in Mumbai / Pune / Gurgaon, you will work across various Innovecture and client teams and apply your technical expertise to some of the most complex and challenging technology problems.

What You’ll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact projects across a U.S. benefits administration environment.
Own delivery outcomes, dependencies, and benefits realization for assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted thought partner for assigned initiatives, managing expectations and driving alignment and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery across multiple workstreams.
Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks and issues, escalating appropriately to leadership when required.
Apply established project governance, reporting, and documentation standards to ensure transparency, consistency, and accountability.
Support financial stewardship of initiatives, including budget tracking, business case impact assessment, and delivery of expected benefits.
Drive continuous, client-centric improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance delivery processes, tools, and ways of working.
Ensure all projects comply with U.S. regulatory, data privacy, and compliance requirements relevant to benefits administration.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale projects; industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong hands-on project management experience with direct ownership of delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to manage, influence, and partner with senior stakeholders as both a strategic advisor and execution leader.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments.
Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project status, risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Six Sigma, or equivalent are preferred.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
Strong strategic thinking combined with execution excellence.
A mindset that views project management as more than task coordination and reporting, but as a trusted partnership to help transform the business.
10+ years of experience in transformation, project management, or related roles.
Consulting experience is a plus.
