Experience Required: 15 – 20 Years (15+ in construction; 5+ years independent project handling from concept to completion)
Compensation: INR 28,00,000 – 30,00,000 per annum
Role Summary**
• The Project Leader – Basebuild (PJM) leads end-to-end delivery of large-scale greenfield commercial projects (hotels, IT parks, shopping malls, office buildings, resorts, industrial/infra). Owns team leadership from PMC side, handling coordination, scheduling, procurement, budget tracking, logistics, client management, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead PMC team for delivery of complex greenfield projects (hotels, campus development, IT parks, malls, commercial offices, resorts, industrial/infra).
• Manage end-to-end project execution: scheduling, procurement, budget control, construction logistics, client/stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure construction safety, quality standards, and on-time/within-budget delivery.
• Handle all project aspects from concept to completion independently.
Must‑Have Skills & Experience
• 15+ years in the construction industry, focusing on large-scale buildings/site infrastructure.
• 5+ years independent handling of projects from start to finish.
• Proven experience in commercial basebuild projects (hotels/resorts/IT parks/shopping malls preferred).
• Strong leadership/team management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Project, Excel, etc.).
Qualifications
Mandatory:
B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering.
Preferred
• MBEM (Master's in Building Engineering Management) or PGDCM (PG Diploma in Construction Management).
